VERY IMPORTANT:
We are using the birthday's girls personal site guestbook
and linking it to the guestbook graphics. If she does not
have a guestbook follow procedures below:

We are now using HTML Gear guestbooks, you can sign
up for them here. Please take time to make sure you set
the guestbooks to ACCEPT ALL HTML, this is NOT the
default, you'll have to change it. You can find it under
"Change Settings", HTML Filter, need to select:
Allow All Tags, Don't Filter anything.

We will be making a page for each sister with individual
gifts for our sisters. Every one will be expected to have
at least one gift that respresents you on the BCT. If you
do not know how to make graphics email us.

You are also expected to sign their guestbooks

If you are a greeter, you are expected to send a card in
behalf of the BCT and cc or forward one of us your cards
so we know you did your assignments We will remind you
every week of your cards to send out.

If you are a page maker you are to have the page completed
and send to us one week before the birthday girl's special day
You must send the html, gifts, all files to me so I can upload
to SGM server. You are not to get a site outside of SGM for the
pages please.

If you are a gift maker you are required to send a few generic
gifts in and occasionally you may be asked to make a gift for a
BCT team member who can't make a graphic herself

All members are expected to participate and be an active member of the team.
You are expected to answer all offical SGM mail in a timely fashion
You must answer Sharon and Stephania's roll call
You must answer our BCT roll call which is done every 2nd Monday of the month.
You must answer BOTH roll calls within 72 hours from when they are posted
Any questions or problems we are only an email away *S*
